Easy Jazzy Saxophone is a collection of five contrasting pieces written with the aim of introducing music in the Jazz idiom at a very elementary Ievel. The accompaniments have been written in such a way as to encourage the soloist to develop the correct ´feel´ for the music. Parts have been included for both Eb and Bb saxophones. For ease of rehearsal the saxophone parts appear at concert pitch above the accompaniment. The ´Easy Jazzy Duets´ provide a perfect stepping-stone to the abundance of solo and duet material in the ´Jazzy Series´ for intermediate players.
