Responsibilities:
- Perform HR business partner role who work closely with business heads, plan and implement HR initiatives to support business goals
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Management, and participate in Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, etc.
- Support the HRIS /e-HR implementation & enhancement
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- 5 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in retail industry
- Solid experience in Recruitment a must
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Officer
