1. Officer, Infrastructure & Operations Apply Now

Responsibilities:

  • First and second tier technical support – service desk and remote support for the Group & on-site support for Hong Kong
  • Monitor daily operation – system monitoring and performance checking
  • Hardware and software installation – including servers, network, storage, data center, desktop computer, mobile device and POS
  • Assist in project coordination and implementation
  • Maintain IT documents, inventory and reports
  • Technology and Solution Innovation – perform the Product Evaluations and Proven of Concept (POC)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related discipline
  • 4 years’ working experience in IT service delivery and support, esp. in Retail/ Manufactory IT operation

  • Strong hand-on experience on Linux and Fort iGATE firewall switch, ITIL Foundation is a plus
  • MCSE, CCNA or other IT technical professional certification
  • Occasionally travel to China
