1. Business Analyst, CRM Apply Now

Responsibilities:

  • Work with different business units including wholesale, retail, e-commerce, merchandising, marketing, finance, supply chain etc to understand the user requirements and processes
  • Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of a standardized requirements document
  • Understand different e-commerce and technology trend of retail industry
  • Work with project team to design and develop the technology strategy align with the business goal
  • Define project goal and objective, with structure analysis of business requirements
  • Prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirement specification
  • Manage change requests and prioritize different business needs
  • Conduct impact analysis based on the requirements
  • Conduct as second tier application support on CRM applications
  • Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ CRM technical development experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM is a must
  • 3 years’ experience in business analysis in sizable corporation, preferably in retail and manufacturing industry
  • Strong experience with CRM, retail, e-commerce, digital system knowledge is highly preferred
  • System integration concepts with enterprise application software components
  • Experience in business case and technical document writing
  • Good communications skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

2. Business Support Officer Apply Now

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full range of business and administrative support to management
  • Assist and provide support in various projects includes, but not limited to the preparation of documents, project management, market research, data analysis
  • Work closely with different departments (both Hong Kong & PRC) and frontline staff if necessary
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes and follow up the completion of action items from meetings
  • Prepare business documents, correspondences and reports independently
  • Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Business Administration/ Information System/ Operation management or related discipline
  • At least 4 years’ working experience
  • Professional level business Chinese and English is a must, both written and verbal
  • Putonghua/ Standard Mandarin fluency is essential
  • MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
